Are you already familiar with harissa? I'd eaten it on the Left Bank in Paris, just about everywhere in Morocco (really) and nothing else comes close to rivaling the taste of Charissa. My daughter gave it to me for Christmas. She'd never tried it before, but just took a shot - - bulls eye!
Another friend (French) who's very familiar with harissa said, "Best ever." I
encouraged her to try Charissa with a fantastic paella I served to her and
another foodie friend. Between the three of us we had consumed almost
half the jar at that one meal. That would be crazy good on the index scale.
Go for it.

cHarissa is great on fish - I spread a spoonful on cod, scrod, or really any white fish, and then just bake it - really simple and quite delicious!

I have used it only a few times but it was wonderful with eggs, chicken salad and broccoli mixed with some melted butter first. a subtle but distinctly different flavor.. we really like it!

I looked for you this summer, and started hearing buzz about Yankee Stadium, and your burgeoning business. I have been seeing you all over the news, and I can not tell you how thrilled I am that you have made it big time! You are an inspiration and it is beyond heartwarming to see this amazing product being appreciated by so many. You have a story, you have an incredible product, and you made it work! I have been navigating the internet to see what stores it is available in out on the North Fork. A friend that I work with will be out there next week. Is there a chance of stocking your product anywhere in the Huntington or Northport area? If not, I will order online. I marinated chicken in the Charissa mild oil-based product. I added a little lemon juice and a bit of olive oil to make it spread more widely. It was delicious. I then used the marinade to make a French type sauce for the chicken. Also delicious. I will be using the Charissa a lot!

It's delicious and addictive! I've been putting it on EVERYTHING! I sent it to my son and now he wants me to order a case so we can share it this summer. I love it! Almost time to order more.....
